originally bought these a few months ago for the valve cores as i needed one for the scooter and thought it would be nice to have two spare tyres. recently the original rear tire needed replacing so we removed it and went to replace it with one of these. what a nightmare, boiling it, ratchet strap method, two professional tire shops, every method possible and the tires bead are still not sitting on the rim. wouldn't recommend these tires, the original tires on the segway ninebot max are way better and worth the extra.

My nephew has worn his Segway Ninebot tyres down, so was in need of a replacement. I found these and they certainly tick all the boxes. The rubber is fairly hard-wearing by the feel of it (I have a fair amount of experience with bike tyres). It should last well, whilst also providing a good level of grip on tarmac. The tyres come with replacement valves. Any home mechanic should be fine installing these. You'll likely need some tyre levers to fit quickly and without a fuss. The level of grip is a fair compromise. There's an argument that smoother tyres grip best, but these use a patterned tyre pattern that will be good in wet weather or on more gravelly surfaces. Overall, these are definitely recommended and a good repalcement tyre.
