After reading relatively positive reviews, since purchase negative reviews have appeared and appears similar issues. My 9 yr old daughter bought this with her own money and less than 2 weeks it appears to be dud. After a full charge she gets minimal time using it before it’s run out of charge. The wheels get incredibly hot and now one side doesn’t appear to go, just spins and clunks. It sound like the motor has burnt out. A slight 9 yr old cannot be too heavy for this! Cannot find a way to contact seller and boxes now gone so unsure how I can send it back as no relevant information as to what I can do. Very disappointed and if anyone can enlighten me on how to claim money back/return please get in contact.

For the cost of this I am surprised we are having so many issues and the cheap materials. The handle grips are just cheap foam, which was split in the box The paintwork is already starting to come off in places and it scratches so easily! My son has only managed to be out on it for 15 mins after a full 4 hour charge and it died Put back on charge again after it cooled down, it's still on red and not charged after 2 hours. I can see this being the worst thing I've ever bought for my son. Hes so keen to play on it but can't. After completing it's charge it now has a flashing red light (not the battery) and won't work, reset doesn't clear the error. Lights in 1 wheel are on all the time. Need to return or claim on warranty but no option available in my order screen.

We got this for our 9-year-old granddaughter, and she LOVES it! She picked up on the basics of riding it in just a few minutes with some close coaching. She was riding it with confidence, Disney music thumping from her speakers, after only about 10 minutes or so and had her grandmother shouting, “She’s going to kill herself!” as she experimented with high RPM spins. (Recommend doing initial training out of sight of grandma.) We have not run it through its paces yet as far as battery life and durability.
