DOES NOT WORK! DOES NOT CHARGE! DOES NOT DO ANYTHING! Waste of money. Disappointed child. Check all the reviews - there's many, many others who have experienced the same. I do not wish anyone else to experience this. I have watched the Youtube tutorials, I have read the instructions - both multiple times. I have recieved a FAULTY PRODUCT with no option to return... Because it was purchased in advance for a birthday gift, I am a few days outside of the 30 day returns window. The only option I have is to contact the manufacturer direct, apparently. If you have purchased one, or are thinking of doing so, do not the leave it packaged up. Get the box open and make sure it works... hopefully it does, but if not return it straight away.

This is a great hoverboard. I didn't want Bluetooth or flashing lights that you get with some other brands. I have bought two of these for my daughters this Christmas and can't get them off them! Took them about 3 mins to learn how to ride. Top tip - I was concerned that the foot pads were not level, but holding down the power button for 5-10 seconds (whilst it is off) will reset the alignment (wait for red light to flash). This wasn't covered in the instructions and I was almost about to return the item thinking it was faulty. Glad I Googled it!

Item received was used. Tyres covered in mud and scratch and scuff marks on casing. Received a replacement however that one did not work at all! Did not charge therefore did not work.

Potentially it is a great device, nice speed, Bluetooth option and much more. However, mine was stopping suddenly every so often, which I've found to be a safe and healthy hazard, so I've returned mine.

Ignore the 1 star rating! It’s a big ZERO stars from me, but I could not progress with the review without adding at least one star!!!! I ordered the pink version of this hoverboard in Nov 2023 for a Christmas gift. It was used by my daughter a handful of times and by February 2024 it stopped working!!!! Returned faulty item and reordered the same hover board in white. Board was fully charged and daughter went to use the product and lo and behold it didn’t work!!! A brand new product, literally taken out of the box and charged and was already broke!!! That’s two of these hoverboards purchased in the space of a few months and both were absolutely rubbish!!!!

We purchased this Hoverboard for our daughter based on the previous reviews and it has not let us down. She loves this hover board and rides it (in the house) every day. My adult sons have also taken it for a spin and love is just as much as she does, so it's very sturdy. She loves that she can play her music and ride easily. The battery life is great and she rides for days on one charge.

I bought this hoverboard for my five-year-old son and he does love it a lot the only problem I see with it is the battery life is very short lived he can ride it for maybe 45 minutes and then it goes dead and it takes about eight hours to charge other than that I'm happy with it. (Update) after 6 months of use it stopped working!!!!!

Poor customer service, My son had the hover board less then a month when the battery charger/transformer ( the part that plugs into the wall) the plastic molding on the end broke off due to crappy Q.C. unable to charge board. When I contacted customer service ( it took a while for them to reach back (due to covid 19) which is completely understandable)) they couldn't offer me a replacement i stead sent me a link to where I could purchase a new one. Personally I think that's just crappy service that they count replace then charger.
